The Data Center track enables you to demonstrate competence with advanced data center technologies and related configuration and troubleshooting skills. JNCIE-DC is at the pinnacle of the data center certification track. The 1-day JNCIE-DC practical exam is designed to validate your ability to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Junos-based platforms using both Juniper Apstra and the Junos CLI. Throughout the 6-hour practical exam, you will build a data center network consisting of Juniper Apstra and multiple Junos devices. You will perform system configuration on all devices including management capabilities, a Clos IP fabric, EVPN/VXVLAN, DCI, and CoS features. The JNCIE-DC certification is valid for three years. Notice: On May 5, 2025, we will be updating the exam for the Juniper Networks Certified Expert, Data Center (JNCIE-DC) certification. This is a minor update to align with current supported managed Data Center software versions. The Juniper Apstra version will be updated to 5.1.0 and we will be using the 23.4R2-S2 (vEX) vJunos-switch version. All other exam information and tasks will remain the same.

At the pinnacle of the Junos Security certification track is the 1-day JNCIE-SEC practical exam. This exam is designed to validate the networking professionals’ ability to deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Junos-based security platforms. Throughout this 6-hour practical exam, candidates will build a secure enterprise network consisting of multiple interconnected sites and services using firewall devices. Successful candidates will perform system configuration on all devices, configure secure management capabilities, implement advanced security features, define complex policies and attack prevention features, HA capabilities, and IPS features. • Session 1: This webcast will cover the installation of both EVE-NG Community and EVE-NG Professional, the features available, and some tips and tricks. The session will also cover the concept of EVE-NG, explain the setup basics (what to check first), and feature a live installation process to show exactly how to set up the server as a foundation for your labs.
• Session 2: This webcast will cover the fetching of the vJunOS-Devices (Router, Switch, Evo) for daily labbing. It will cover the installation of the images (nodes) and show how to use the images (nodes) to create simple labs. The session will also cover the currently available templates (vendors and devices) for EVE-NG, show you how templates work in EVE-NG and how values can be changed, and explain how to obtain the needed images and how to install them.
• Session 3: This webcast will cover some advanced topics such as EVE-NG clustering, deploying virtual campus-fabrics for Mist, and how to connect EVE-NG to your multiple physical labs for advanced use cases. We'll also cover how to create and use custom templates for images that are not yet supported by the EVE-NG template system and cover some more advanced labs with huge resources.
