Terms and Conditions


Instructor-led Training

  • Payment is due upon enrollment. Forms of accepted payments include: Credit Card, Juniper Training Credits, or Purchase Orders. If you have elected to pay using a purchase order then we must receive your purchase order prior to the start date of the class otherwise your enrollment will be cancelled.
  • Self Cancellation & Rescheduling - if you must cancel or reschedule your class enrollment, Juniper Networks will refund the enrollment fee in the form of a voucher with a 12-month validity period ONLY if your cancellation or reschedule notice is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the class start date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within less than fourteen (14) days from the class start date are non-refundable. To cancel your class enrollment, go to the Learning Portal home page, scroll down to the bottom, click on your class enrollment, then hit the “Cancel Registration” button. If you placed your order using Juniper Training Credits then the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your JTC balance after hitting the "Cancel Registration" button. If you paid by any other means, and you need to cancel and reschedule please send an e-mail to training@juniper.net.
  • Failure to Appear - if you do not appear for your scheduled class registration your enrollment fee will be forfeited, and your ability to reschedule may be restricted.
  • Juniper Cancellation - Juniper Networks reserves the right to postpone or cancel any class event due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control up to fourteen (14) days prior to the class start date. We recommend that you make your travel arrangements not more than fourteen (14) days in advance of the class start date. In the event that Juniper Networks postpones or cancels a class event for any reason you will be reimbursed 100% of the class enrollment fee in the form of a voucher with a 12-month validity period or have the option to reschedule. Juniper Networks is not responsible for travel expenses incurred, including airline, hotel, rental car, or any other associated costs. Juniper Networks and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of a class event, and we shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that class is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the class event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this section, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or another emergency.
  • Refunds by Payment Method - specific terms and conditions apply regarding refunds as outlined above. To request a refund please email training@juniper.net.
    • Juniper Training Credits: enrollment fee will be credited back to the originating JTC agreement. If the JTC agreement has since expired or is close to expiration a voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.
    • Purchase Order: a voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.
    • Credit Card: a voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.
    • Voucher: another voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.

All-Access Training Pass

  • Payment is due upon purchase. Forms of accepted payments include: Credit Card, Juniper Training Credits, or Purchase Orders.
  • Regional Pricing - available within the APAC region and varies by country. Customer must physically reside within the applicable country in order to receive pricing related to said country. For APAC regional-specific pricing please email training-apac@juniper.net for a quote.
  • Order Cancellation - please send an email to training@juniper.net including a copy of your order confirmation or order number no later than 14-days from the date your order was placed requesting that your order be cancelled. Juniper will issue a refund only if no portion of any included eLearning content was consumed (including labs) and no instructor-led training enrollments have been made. Additionally, we must have received your request to cancel no later than 14-days from the date your order was placed.
  • Refunds by Payment Method - specific terms and conditions apply regarding refunds as outlined above.
    • Juniper Training Credits: purchase fee will be credited back to the originating JTC agreement. If the JTC agreement has since expired or is close to expiration a voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.

    • Voucher: another voucher will be issued with a 12-month validity period.
  • Applicable Product SKUs include: EDU-JUN-ALL, EDU-JUN-ALL-10, EDU-JUN-ALL-25
  • Annual subscription includes all On-Demand courses and Juniper facilitated Open Enrollment Instructor-led classes subject to availability (see schedule). Classes offered by Juniper’s Authorized Education Partners are not inclusive. eBooks for On-Demand courses are not included.
  • Additional Sales or VAT tax may apply.
  • Written Certification Exam Vouchers included are valid for Associate, Specialist, and Professional level certification exams only.
  • Not valid for any training or services offered by Juniper Networks Authorized Education Partners.
  • Non-discountable.
  • The Juniper Training All Access Pass subscription is non-transferrable. For multi-user subscriptions including SKUs EDU-JUN-ALL-10 and EDU-JUN-ALL-25 any applicable Certification Exam vouchers issued are also non-transferrable.
  • Training Passes are allocated for one named user per pass.
  • User account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of account access, as well as, subscription forfeiture.
  • Failure to attend 2 or more instructor-led classes for which you have registered will also result in subscription forfeiture. You must attend or cancel your registration at least 10 days in advance.
  • Duplicate registrations for the same course are not permitted.
  • Registrations for classes with overlapping dates are not permitted.
  • If you are currently registered for four upcoming classes you must cancel or complete one or more of your existing registrations before you can register for another class.
  • Recording, broadcasting in a public setting, or re-use of On-Demand course content is strictly prohibited.
  • Specific to vouchers issued, sharing of voucher codes is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of account access, as well as, subscription forfeiture.
  • Juniper reserves the right to update the terms and conditions, suspend access to any courses, to withdraw the all access pass at any time, and to alter all access pass services all without notice.

 

On-Demand Courses & JNCIE Self-Study Bundles

  • Payment is due upon enrollment. Forms of accepted payments include: Credit Card, Juniper Training Credits, or Purchase Orders.
  • Order Cancellation - please send an email to training@juniper.net including a copy of your order confirmation or order number no later than 14-days from the date your order was placed requesting that your order be cancelled. Juniper will issue a refund only if no portion of the On-Demand course or Self-Study Bundle was consumed and only if we received your request to cancel no later than 14-days from the date your order was placed.

    • Access to On-Demand course content and labs is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • Course eBooks are not included.
    • User account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of account access, as well as, subscription forfeiture.
    • Recording, broadcasting in a public setting, or re-use of On-Demand course content is strictly prohibited.
    • Juniper reserves the right to suspend access to the course, to withdraw the subscription if any of the terms of use are violated, and to alter course content without notice.

  • JNCIE Self-Study Bundles:
    • User account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of account access, as well as, subscription forfeiture.
    • Resale, sharing, copying, redistributing and re-use of the content is strictly prohibited.
    • Juniper reserves the right to suspend access to the materials and labs, to withdraw the subscription if any of the terms of use are violated, and to alter course content without notice.

Certification Lab Exams

You are responsible for ensuring that the prerequisite has been satisfied prior to registering for your lab exam. You will not be eligible to enroll in any lab exam unless you hold an active and applicable Professional-level certification with an expiration date that does not occur prior to the start date of your exam.

  • JNCIE-DC Exam requires an active JNCIP-DC certification.
  • JNCIE-Cloud Exam requires an active JNCIP-Cloud certification.
  • JNCIE-ENT Exam requires an active JNCIP-ENT certification.
  • JNCIE-SP Exam requires an active JNCIP-SP certification.
  • JNCIE-SEC Exam requires an active JNCIP-SEC certification.
  • Payment is due when you enroll for your lab exam. Your lab exam enrollment will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Self Cancellation - if you must cancel or reschedule your lab exam enrollment, Juniper Networks will refund the enrollment fee in the form of a lab exam voucher with a 12-month validity period ONLY if your cancellation or reschedule notice is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the exam start date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within less than thirty (30) days from the exam start date are non-refundable. To cancel your exam enrollment, go to the Learning Portal home page, scroll down to the bottom, click on your exam enrollment, then hit the “Cancel Registration” button. To reschedule your exam, please send an e-mail to certification@juniper.net.

Modification of Terms - Juniper Networks reserves the right to modify these terms and fees at any time, upon thirty (30) days prior notice.
