Enrollment Cancellation and Rescheduling (Student)

If you must cancel or reschedule your enrollment, Juniper Networks will refund the enrollment tuition fee if the cancellation or reschedule notice is received at least ten (10) business days prior to the class start date*. Cancellations/Rescheduling received within 10 business days of the start of the class are subject to a 100% penalty.

Class Cancellation (Juniper Networks)

If Juniper Networks needs to cancel a class, we will do so no later than 10 business days before the start of the class and we will refund the enrollment tuition fee. Juniper Networks is not responsible for the student's travel expenses, including airline, hotel, and rental car costs.

Note: these policies pertain to Juniper Networks Education Services-delivered classes only. For policies that pertain to classes delivered by an Authorized Education Partner (AEP), students are advised to contact the AEP.

OnDemand Bundles

OnDemand bundles, including but not limited to the Enterprise All Access Pass, Security All Access Pass, and OnDemand All Access Pass are non transferable. Access to course videos and labs are intended for the user to whom the vouchers were issued. Sharing vouchers codes from a purchased pass is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation of access to all OnDemand courses.
